God is amazing.

Reading through The Screwtape Letters again.  It's an amazing book, one that you should read sometime if you haven't yet.  Probably my favorite part of the book is the last few pages, where C.S. Lewis describes what it will be like when we get to Heaven.  It's going to be so amazing, and awe-inspiring, but we won't be confused.  People sometimes say we'll have so many questions when we get to Heaven, but I agree with how Lewis describes it.  When we get to Heaven and look on all the angels, all the people, and see Jesus and God himself, we won't have questions, because we will see everything.  In that instant when we get there the scales will be lifted from our eyes, and we will see and understand what God had been doing our whole lives.  We'll understand exactly why we went through everything in our life, and we'll see the hand of God through out everything that we had lived.  There will be absolutely no doubts that God was with us, guiding us and helping us at every single moment of our lives.  And when we see all this, how much God truly cares and loves us, AND we see him face to face...well...it's pretty much indescribable.  Heaven's going to be simply amazing. God is amazing.
